Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, Naviiz is dedicated to serving the Australian market. We exclusively offer shipping across Australia to ensure a focused and reliable service for our customers.
Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are dispatched from our main distribution hub in Ottawa, Canada. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and provide reliable international shipping directly to your Australian address.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order has likely entered the fulfillment stage and cannot be modified. If your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

What if I do not receive my order?

How can I return an item?
To start a return, please email us at info@naviiz.com. Important: All returns must be approved before being sent. Returns sent without prior authorization to our administrative office in Canada will not be processed. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the correct return address and instructions.
What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Defective items must be returned to our designated facility as part of the resolution process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
