When will I get my order?
From the moment you place your order, expect your package within 8–13 business days. That includes 1–3 days of processing and 7–10 days of delivery via USPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is on us for every order delivered within the United States, no minimum required.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get an email with your USPS tracking number. Use it directly on usps.com to follow your package in real time.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Got second thoughts? You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to cancel, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Drop us an email at support@naviiz.com with your order number and we'll take care of it
Do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll send you a replacement free of charge. For size or color exchanges, simply place a new order and return the original item following our standard return process.
